Return Policy imposes a NO REFUND POLICY. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Damaged Items or Low Quality

If the product is defective or does not work properly, please report the defects or issues of the product to us within 7 days after receiving the order. For the fastest resolution, please contact us  including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.


Canceling Unshipped-out Orders

You can only cancel your order if you let us know within 24 hours after you place your order. We automate our order processing therefore if within 24 hours, your order might have been processed and we will not be able to cancel it. Any orders with sales items or discounts are considered final and are not eligible for refund for any reason unless they are defected. If you need to cancel your order please visit Contact Us and include all the details. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfillment process. If the item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
